Join us on Friday, November 20th, 2026 from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at Travis Park United Methodist Church, located at 230 E Travis St, San Antonio, TX 78205, as we remember, honor, and mourn those whom we lost to anti-transgender violence in the past year.
Doors to the sanctuary will open at 6:30 PM with a resource fair available in the hallway from 6:00 to 7:00 PM. We will have an open mic session, provided by San Antonio Public Library, from 7:00 to 8:00 PM, where individuals are welcome to read poems, messages, statements, and stories. Following the open-mic session, we will have a moment for passages and will close out the evening with a reading of names by candlelit vigil from 8:30 to 9:00 PM.
Peer support will be provided by Pride Center San Antonio thought the evening starting at 6:30 PM for anyone that needs a quiet space and someone to talk to. Parking is available across the street from the church at the Travis Park Plaza Garage, located at 207 E Travis St, San Antonio, TX 78205. There is a passenger drop-off area in front of the church on Travis Street with a wheelchair lift as soon as you come in the front doors to your right and an additional wheelchair entrance on Navarro Street.
